Pricing policy for employment tribunal - employer or employee

Our fees:-

Simple cases - £2,500 - £4,000 plus VAT

Case of medium complexity - £5,000 - £10,000 plus VAT

Complex cases - £7,500 - £20,000 plus VAT

Disbursements (e.g. Tribunal fees) will be advised to you at the outset.

If Counsel are to be instructed, Counsels fees are likely to be between £3,000 and £6,000 plus VAT per day.

The timescale depends largely on the stage at which your case is resolved. If at pre-claim conciliation it is likely to be 8-12 weeks but if at final Hearing 18-26 weeks.
